Welcome

My name is Cristina.  I am a seeker.  I seek to learn, to know and to be.  I am a Crystal Reiki Master.  I am a daughter, mother and grandmother,  spirit and goddess.   I seek information on how to improve my life and the lives of others.  I wish to heal the aches and pains of body and mind.  I aspire to be of service by offering myself as a clear channel for the life force energy to flow easily through myself, to others and the planet.

I started this website in order to document (in a general way) information I have come across that I have found useful and am hopeful others will find it useful as well.  Come along for the ride.

I have and continue to be blessed by artists and healers who come into my life easily and always have brilliant information to give and/or teach me.  Dance and music have been influential in my life and I consider both to be healers in their own right.  There is nothing like dancing without care or listening to live music as though it is a part of your entire body.  A thank you to those fellow dancers and the amazing musicians and singers that have caused my body to exclaim in joy.

May we all flourish in this existence and love one another unconditionally!
